摘要

目的 构建护理学博士研究生学位论文二级和三级评价指标及其权重。方法 采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家函询,确定指标要素及其权重值。结果 构建24项二级指标和51项三级指标。结论 专家具有较高代表性,构建的指标体系能够更加全面、具体地评价护理学博士研究生学位论文。

Abstract

Objective To build the second and third indicators and their weights for nursing doctors' dissertations . Methods Using the Delphi method to built the index system for nursing doctors' dissertations. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, the secondary and tertiary index number was 24 and 51, respectively. Conclusions The representative of the correspondence is representative, and the secondary and tertiary indicators of the construction can more comprehensively and concretely evaluate the doctoral dissertation of nursing doctors.
