目的 探讨应用戴明循环方法提高护士心电图识别能力的效果。方法 选择浙江省台州医院150名护士为研究对象。将这些护士按照科室不同分为实验组75人和对照组75人。在对护士进行心电图知识和技能培训中,实验组采用戴明循环方法,对照组采用传统培训方法。培训结束后,对两组护士进行心电图理论和操作技能考核,评估危重患者护理合格率及护士对在职培训的满意度。 结果 实验组护士心电图理论及心电监护综合能力考核得分与对照组护士相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01);实验组护士所在科室的危重患者护理合格率和护士对在职培训的满意度高于对照组护士,达到了提高护理服务质量、保障医疗安全的目的。结论 应用戴明循环方法对护士进行心电图理论和技能培训,有效地提高了护士心电图知识综合应用的能力,提高了护士病情观察能力和专科护理水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Deming cycle method to improve the ability of the nurse to identify arrhythmia.Methods Taking 150 nurses in Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital as the research object. According to the department,they were divided into experimental group(n=75)and the control group(n=75).In the experimental group,we introduced Deming cycle into the electrocardiogram knowledge and skills training of nurses. In the control group,we took conventional training method .After the training,the theory and operation skills assessment,qualified rate of nursing quality in critical patients and nurse's job satisfaction were used together to evaluate the effect of the training after practice.Results The score of ECG theories and the comprehensive capacity assessment of the electrocardiogram in nurses in observation group were significantly better than in the control group (P＜0.01),The qualification rate of critically ill patients care and nurses' satisfaction of incumbency training in observation group were also better than in the control group,achieving the goals of improving the care quality,and ensuring medical safety.Conclusions The electrocardiogram training for nurses with Deming cycle had the advantage of convenience, high efficiency and continuous improvement. The abilities of comprehensive application of ECG knowledge, observation and specialized nursing level were effectively improved.
