目的 探讨社会主义核心价值观背景下的医学生伦理价值观的内涵特征,为医学伦理教育提供参考依据。方法 采用文献检索、问卷调查、行为事件访谈等方法对医学生伦理价值观特征进行收集并进行成分分析。结果 共得出医学生伦理价值观特征的成分12项,包括:尊重生命、科学严谨、法律意识、责任心、团队精神、职业角色意识、移情能力、公平公正、有利无伤、医疗最优化、诚信、自主。结论 在医学教育中加强伦理价值观教育,以减少或避免医患之间伦理失范现象的产生。
Objective To investigate the connotation and features of medical students' ethical values under the core socialist values background, providing reference for medical ethics education.Methods Using technical literature analysis, questionnaires, behavioral event interviews and other ways to composition analysis the ethical values characteristic of medical students.Results The components of medical students' ethical values characteristic are 12 items, they are respect life, scientific rigor, legal awareness, responsibility, teamwork, professional roles consciousness, informed consent, fairness and justice, favorable but no injuries, medical optimization, honesty and autonomous.Conclusions Strengthen ethics education in medical education to reduce or avoid the ethical anomie between doctors and patients.
