目的 了解卫生事业管理专业本科生循证医学课程教学现状,探讨提高教学效果的有效对策。方法 采用问卷调查方法,对潍坊医学院2016年上半年选修循证医学课程的2013级卫生事业管理专业120名本科生进行调查,比较选修前后学生在循证医学知识、技能、态度、行为方面的差异。结果 学生对循证医学大部分专业术语理解及文献检索技能有显著性提高;对文献的使用程度很低;学习中最大的障碍是缺乏评价文献的能力。结论 应当结合卫生事业管理专业的需求,促进学生积极主动参与教学过程,合理安排教学内容,调整授课方式,并做远期的教学效果评估。
Objective The study aims to survey the present teaching situation of Evidence-based Medicine(EBM)in health management and explore the teaching methods to improve the teaching effect.Methods 120 undergraduate students of Weifang Medical University who selected EBM courses were given questionnaires.The knowledge,attitude,practice and barriers were compared.Results There was a significant increase of knowledge after the training;The students can not think highly of the use of literature. The“poor ability to critically appraise literatures”is the most important barrier.Conclusions Combined with the needs of health management professional Improve students'cognition,so as to make students participate in teaching and learning process. Teaching mode and content of courses should be adjusted and the evaluation of long-term effect should be made.
