目的 了解北京大学人民医院中青年临床教师的临床理论和技能掌握水平,为改进临床教师培训工作提供参考。方法 北京大学人民医院35名内科和外科中青年医师采取自愿报名的方式参加脱产带教资格认证考核。考核共分4个部分。分析考核中出现的问题,提出改进临床带教的方法与对策。结果 参加考核的中青年教师总体水平令人满意,但不同职称和不同科室的医师之间在总成绩和分类成绩中有所不同。结论 对中青年医师进行统一规范的培训是必需的,同时要配合规范的认证考核,才能使北京大学人民医院临床带教的水平有明显的提高。

Objective Evaluate the level of clinical theory and skill of middle-aged and young teachers in Peking University People's Hospital currently, in order to direct the training of teachers.Methods 35 middle-aged and young teachers in Peking University People's Hospital participated in assessment through voluntary signing up. The assessment was divided into four parts. After that, FAQ's had been analyzed and the methods and strategies had been put forward.Results The result of participants is satisfactory generally. But there is a little difference between participants with different professional title and specialty for total score and result of each part.Conclusions It is necessary to take standardized training to the middle-aged and young teachers. Meanwhile, qualification assessment should be conducted regularly. After all, the level of clinical teaching in Peking University People's Hospital will be improved.
