目的 探讨项目驱动教学方法在医学微生物学教学中的应用效果。方法 采用实验对照研究方法。选取新乡医学院2013级五年制临床医学专业卓越班的240名学生作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组120名学生。在医学微生物学教学中,实验组采用项目驱动教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。教学结束以后,采取问卷调查、综合能力考核、病例分析和基础知识测试等多种考核方法,比较两组学生的教学效果。结果 实验组学生医学微生物学的综合成绩及其对该课程学习指标的评价均高于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 项目驱动教学方法激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的自觉学习能力和创新能力,有助于医学微生物学教学效果的提高。
Objective Aim to study the efficiency of the project-driven teaching method in the teaching of medical microbiology.Methods A comparative study was carried out in 240 students enrolled in 2013 in the outstanding class of medical undergraduates of Xinxiang Medical University, and they were divided into experimental group and control group, each group contained 120 students.In the experimental group, the project-driven teaching method was carried out, and the traditional teaching method was carried out in the control group.After teaching, the teaching effects of the two groups were analyzed by questionnaire survey, general ability evaluation, case analysis and theoretical examination.Results The comprehensive performance and learning indexes of the students in experimental group were higher than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Through the application of project-driven teaching method, students'interests in learning were aroused, and students' self-conscious learning ability and innovation ability were improved and better teaching effectiveness of medical microbiology was obtained.
