摘要

通过问卷调查方法对2015年浙江省320家医院的3549名医学影像医师现状进行了调查,以了解浙江省医学影像医师队伍的情况和为杭州医学院医学影像学专业的教育计划提供参考。问卷内容包括浙江省医学影像医师的数量、性别、职称、工作年限、毕业院校等信息。调查结果显示,浙江省医学影像医师紧缺,医学院校培养人才不足,各地区医学影像医师队伍发展不均衡等。建议以行业需求为导向,结合浙江省高等医学院校医学影像学人才培养的实际情况,加速医学影像学科发展、积极扩大医学影像学专业的本科及研究生的招生规模,不断提高培养质量,加大在职影像医师的继续教育,满足浙江省医疗卫生的需求。

Abstract

To acquaint the situations of medical radiologist in Zhejiang Province, and provide reference for the educational program of Hangzhou Medical College, the present situations of 3549 radiologists from 320 hospitals were conducted through questionnaire survey in Zhejiang Province in 2015. The contents of the questionnaire covered numbers of radiologist, gender, job title, years of service, school of graduation. Suggestions to the construction and development of radiologists were proposed after the situations were analyzed. The survey showed that the numbers and trainings of medical radiologists in Zhejiang Province were insufficient. The results suggested, industry demand oriented, the enrollment scale of medical radiologist should be increased, and the quality of training should be enhanced progressively for the better future of the medical imaging industry.
