摘要

培养“下得去、留得住、用得好”的农村卫生人才一直备受关注且面临挑战。本文分析了当前农村全科医生培养和使用中存在的问题,从制度保障和人才培养方面提出了相应的建议,希望通过改革使培养出来的全科医学人才能够为保障和提高农村人口健康水平发挥应有的作用。

Abstract

It has been exploring and still a challenge to cultivate rural health personnel as going down staying down and using well. In this paper, the main problems among cultivation and use of rural health personnel were analyzed. It suggested that the institutional guarantee and cultivation model should be reformed to make the health personnel going down staying down and using well, thus ensure and improve the health level of rural people.
