目的 探讨院史文化对医学生思想政治教育的影响和作用。方法 结合上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院170周年院庆系列活动,采用自制问卷调查医学生的人文精神以及职业认同感。结果 79.5%(124/156)的医学生认为院史文化学习对医学人文精神的培养有一定的作用,50.0%(78/156)的医学生认为院史文化增加了自己对医师职业的认同感。院史文化学习还对医学生的职业认知、职业情感、职业行为以及职业价值观培养方面具有积极作用。结论 高校思想政治教育工作者应重视院史文化教育,并将其作为医学生思想政治教育的切入点。

Objective The study is to explore the effect of hospital historical culture on the ideological and political education of medical students.Methods The study investigates the humanism and professional self-identity of medical students in the setting of the 170th annual serial ceremony of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine by questionnaire investigation.Results 79.5% (124/156) of the medical students assumed that the education of schoolyard culture plays a role in the cultivation of humane spirit, while 50.0%(78/156) of the medical students supposed that it could enhance the professional self-identity of doctors. The education of schoolyard culture was proved to have positive influence in the development of humanism, professional self-identity, occupational emotion, professional behavior along with occupational values of medical students.Conclusions The ideological and political education staff in colleges should attach importance to the education of schoolyard culture, and regard it as the breakthrough point of ideological and political education.
