摘要

本文通过对拉萨地区妇产科学领域专业技术队伍的现状调研,并结合本领域常见病、多发病和疑难病症诊治的需求,希望能够在提升医疗服务水平的前提下,充分认识本领域队伍建设存在的问题,提出强化妇产科学领域人才培养和专业队伍建设的措施。

Abstract

The paper investigates the current situation of obstetrics and gynecology professional teams in Lhasa and analyzes the requirement from the patients suffering from the common and frequent diseases as well as the complicated diseases. It is expected that the obstetrics and gynecology professional team construction will draw attention on the premise of promoting obstetrics and gynecology medical service level. With thoughtful reflection, the authors put forward the measures and ideas of how to reinforce the obstetrics and gynecology talent cultivation and professional team construction.
