本文分析了北京大学人民医院核医学住院医师规范化培训中遇到的难点,即核素示踪技术理解的困难,思维方式转化的困难,指导教师水平参差不齐的困难、部分病种不全及培训效果难以持续的困难。为了提高核医学科住院医师规范化培训的质量,针对上述难点采取了相应措施,即着重对培训医师进行示踪技术深入浅出的讲解与培训,在日常工作中强调主动思维的形成,通过多种方式提高带教水平,并通过“核医学住院医师规范化培训”的公众号弥补部分病种不全的缺点,以及对住院医师进行持续性的培训。通过以上各种措施的实施,核医学住院医师规范化培训取得了较好的效果。
In order to improve the quality of standardized training for resident doctors in nuclear medicine, we analyzed the difficulties encountered in the Peking University People's Hospital. The understanding of radionuclide tracing technique and the transformation of thinking model are both very difficult. The teaching levels of all the guidance teachers are not unified. Some typical teaching casesc are incomplete. And the training effect is difficult to maintain after leaving the nuclear medicine. In view of the above difficulties, some corresponding solutions were used. For exanple, focus on the interpretation and training of radionuclide tracer techniques, focus on the training of residents in the transformation of thinking model, use a variety of methods to improve the teaching level, and provide continuous training for residents through the “nuclear medicine resident training” WeChat public number. Various measures have improved the quality of standardized residency training.
