目的 探讨影响患者对口腔医学专业实习医师态度的相关因素,分析患者对就诊的期望与需求。方法 采用基于问卷调查数据定量分析的质性分析方法,通过院内诊室外模式化的简短访谈,记录患者对口腔医学专业实习医师的认同情况以及期望、需求、意见或建议,整理分析并提炼主题,寻找切实影响患者对口腔医学专业实习医师满意度和认同度的具体因素。结果 患者对口腔医学专业实习医师及诊疗过程的期望与需求集中于3个独特的主题:临床带教制度、实习医师自信心的展现和医患沟通能力。结论 患者对口腔医学专业实习医师的满意度仍然有提升空间,影响认同度的因素主要体现为实习医师自身的能力和素养。为了达到这些目标,一方面,需要进一步提高实习医师的能力、素质和意识;另一方面,可以营造更加有助于实习医师成长的环境,完善培训内容和培训体系。

Objective To analyze patients' satisfaction and approval to stomatology interns, and find out the necessary influential factors of patients' needs.Methods 324 of 400 patients visited Peking University Hospital of Stomatology were asked to fill in a questionnaire and interviewed briefly about satisfaction and approval to stomatology interns. The result of the interview was systematically arranged for a qualitative research.Results 3 unique patterns which patients concern most were found: the clinical instructions, the expression of interns' confidence, the skill of communication.Conclusions As a result of various factors, some patients are still worrying about stomatology interns. Patients emphasize more on skill and quality of stomatology interns. Measures should be carried out for the development of stomatology interns
