目的 了解医学院校教师职业倦怠情况及影响因素并提出相应的对策。方法 通过问卷对某医学院校300名教师进行调查,对结果进行分析并探讨对策。 结果 被调查教师的职业倦怠量表总体均分(2.29±0.32)分,存在一定程度的职业倦怠,分维度“情绪衰竭”较为严重,影响职业倦怠的关键因素是“工作年限”和“是否承担临床工作”。结论 医学院校教师存在一定程度的职业倦怠,并随着人口学特征的不同有所差异,应该采取有效措施做好预防并缓解职业倦怠。
Objective To understand the situation of medical university teachers' job burnout and influence factors, then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods 300 teachers were chosen to survey, the results were analyzed and the countermeasures were discussed.Results The teachers' average score of Maslach Burnout Inventory was (2.29±0.32), indicating a certain degree of job burnout phenomenon. Emotional exhaustion was relatively severe by fractional dimension. The key factors that influence the job burnout were work seniority and whether to undertake clinical work.Conclusions A certain degree of burnout phenomenon is widespread among the medical universities teachers. This phenomenon has differences with the different demographic characteristics. Effective measures should be taken to prevent and alleviate job burnout.
