摘要

目的 探讨高职院校医学检验技术专业就业岗位设置和人才需求现状,为人才培养模式改革提供依据。 方法 设计医学检验技术专业岗位设置和人才需求调查表,对四川省19家三级医疗机构、21家基层医疗机构检验科,8家生物技术企业进行调查。 结果 三级医疗机构和生物技术企业临检体液、生化、免疫、血液学和微生物学岗位设置齐全。基层医疗机构检验科岗位以体液临床检验、生物化学、免疫学检验为主。2013年~2016年期间,基层医院检验科人才需求量呈逐年递减趋势,所需人才以专科学历为主,占比40.9%。三级医疗机构检验科人才需求数相对平稳,专科学历仅占比4.0%。生物技术企业对医学检验技术专业人才需求以专科学历为主,占比60.5%,人才需求量呈逐年增加趋势。结论 高职院校医学检验技术专业的就业方向应当从医疗机构向生物技术企业转变。

Abstract

Objective To investigate employment settings and talent demand of medical laboratory technology program in higher vocational colleges for providing the basis for reform of talents training model.Methods The professional post setting and demand questionnaire on medical laboratory technology program were designed for investigating clinical laboratory of 19 third-grade medical institutions, 21 basic medical institutions and 8 biotech companies in Sichuan.Results The job position of clinical testing and fluids, biochemistry, immunology, hematology and microbiology set up completely in third-grade medical institutions and biotech companies. From 2013 to 2016, demand of personnel in clinical laboratory in basic medical institutions showed a trend of decreasing year by year. The talent demand is increasing in biotech companies year by year.Conclusions The employment direction of medical laboratory technology in higher vocational colleges is supposed to transform from medical institutions to biotech companies.
