摘要

在“全面二孩”政策和健康中国建设背景下,本文分析了儿科学人才培养的现状和存在的问题,提出了创新体制机制,探索符合社会和时代需求的儿科学人才培养模式,即加强儿科学专业建设,确保学有支撑;培育高水平师资队伍,确保学有良师;打造精品教材和精良课件,确保学有载体;加强国际化实践,确保学有平台;注重医学人文教育,确保学有医德。

Abstract

Based on universal two-child policy and the construction of healthy China, this article analyzed present situation and existed problems of cultivation of pediatrics talents. A new cultivation model was put forward based on innovation on the system and mechanism, to respond to new requirements of the society. This model included disciplinary construction, high-level teacher training,excellent teaching materials, strengthening international practice and focusing on medical humanistic education.
