目的 探讨医学影像报告质量控制评分系统在医学影像科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年7月在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院影像科参加住院医师规范化培训的9名医师为研究对象,通过放射科信息系统建立影像报告质量控制评分系统,统计受训6个月及12个月后他们影像报告书写的质量。结果 受训6个月及12个月后,住院医师影像报告的质量明显提高。结论 影像报告质量控制评分系统有助于提高医学影像科住院医师影像报告书写质量,提高住院医师规范化培训的效果,有助于促进医疗质量的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of using quality control scoring system of medical image report in the medical imaging resident standardized training.Methods A total of nine medical imaging radiologists who participated in the resident standardized training in Renji Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in July 2015 were selected as the subjects. The quality control scoring system was established through the radiology information system(RIS).Results By using the image report quality control scoring system 6 and 12 months later, residents' reports quality is improved obviously.Conclusions The image report quality control scoring system is helpful to improve the quality of medical imaging residents' image reports, improve the effectiveness of standardized training for residents and improve medical quality.
