目的 探讨翻转课堂教学结合牙体雕刻在牙体解剖学教学中的应用及对学生能力培养的效果。方法 采取实验对照方法。选取天津医科大学临床医学院2015级五年制口腔医学专业4个班122名学生为研究对象。随机抽取两个班学生为实验组,采用翻转课堂教学方法,另外两个班学生为对照组,采用传统授课方法。通过考核评分及学生主观评价比较两组教学的效果。结果 实验组学生闭卷考试及蜡牙雕刻成绩较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(闭卷考试:t=2.370,P=0.018;蜡牙雕刻:Z=2.064,P=0.039)。问卷调查结果表明,学生认为该教学方法不仅有利于培养学习兴趣、提高学习效率及自学能力,还有助于学生临床思维、交流表达及团队协作等能力的培养。结论 翻转课堂教学方法不仅利于学生牙体解剖学知识技能的学习,还有助于学生综合能力的培养。
Objective To evaluate the Flipped classroom applied in dental anatomy as well as the cultivation of students' ability.Methods Four classes of stomatological grade 2015, Clinical Medical College of Tianjin Medical University were selected, of which two applied Flipped classroom and the other two applied traditional teaching model. The effect of Flipped classroom was evaluated through the comparative analysis of examination scores and students' subjective evaluation.Results The students' closed-book examination and wax teeth carving performance were significantly improved by Flipped classroom(Closed-book examination t=2.370,P=0.018;wax teeth carving performance Z=2.064,P=0.039). Flipped classroom is advantageous for the cultivation of learning interest, learning efficiency and self-learning ability, as well as students' ability of thinking, communication and teamwork.Conclusions Flipped classroom is not only beneficial for mastering the knowledge and skills of dental anatomy, but also the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability.
