摘要

采用文献综述、相关人员访谈法对目前我国医学教育中存在的问题进行归纳;采用头脑风暴、专家咨询等方法,对问题产生的根源进行分析;结合作者在长期从事医学教育工作中对医学教育未来发展的认识,提出解决策略。

Abstract

To sum up the problems existing in medical education by literature review and relevant personnel interviews, to analyze the root cause of the problems by brainstorming and expert consultation, to put forward the solution strategies by author's knowledge of medical education.
