摘要

随着循证医学在临床诊疗中的应用逐渐普及,对住院医师开展循证医学培训的重要性正日益凸显。本文探讨了在住院医师规范化培训中采取循证医学俱乐部(evidence-based medicine club, EBM club)教学方法进行教学,并总结了其教学效果和注意事项。实践证明,EBM Club是适合住院医师规范化培训的教学方法,有助于住院医师理解循证医学的理念、掌握循证医学的方法,有助于提高培训效果。

Abstract

Evidence-based practice is more and more required by contemporary medicine. Therefore, training of evidence-based medicine is becoming more and more important for residents. It was introduced the approach of EBM Club and summarized its effect and points in this artical. It has been showed that EBM Club helps residents understand concepts of evidence-based medicine and master its methods. EBM Club is an effective and suitable approach for residents, and enriches contemporary standardized training of residents in China.
