“工匠精神”是人们在对职业理性认识基础上的职业态度和精神追求,“工匠精神”无论是在西方国家还是在中国古代,其历史溯源由来已久。卫生职业精神与“工匠精神”一脉相通,与卫生服务信誉息息相关,是卫生职业教育立校之本。卫生职业院校可以通过思想引领、专业渗透、文化滋养和实践感悟等途径的有机结合,对学生进行具有行业特色的“工匠精神”的培养。
