摘要

模拟医学教育在医学人才培养中的重要性日益凸显。目前国内因为缺乏合格的模拟医学教育师资,制约了我国模拟医学教育的健康发展,而导致这种状况的因素是多方面的。本研究分析了我国模拟医学教育师资存在的师资匮乏、培训标准缺乏、培训课程不足、领导重视不足的问题。因此,需要加强相关制度建设,调动医师参与模拟医学教育的积极性;制定相应的标准,保障模拟医学教育师资的质量;支持师资接受相应培训;培养模拟医学教育辅助人员,促进模拟医学教育设备的发明与创新。

Abstract

The simulation-based medical education plays an important role in education of healthcare providers. However, the shortage of qualified educators has inhibited proper development of simulation-based medical education in China. Variable factors contributed to this situation. In this study, problems like the shortage of qualified educators, no standard of faculty development, no adequate train the trainer course and few support from stake-holders, will be discussed. Therefore, strategies should be taken to deal with challenges like system development, arousing the enthusiasm of educators, faculty development standards, quality maintenance of educators, training of teaching assistants and equipments innovation.
