摘要

随着“生物-心理-社会”医学模式和心身医学问题日益受到重视,对医师的心身医学能力提出了新的要求。西方国家医师的心身医学能力培养方式,为我国开展相关工作提供了有益的启示。本文介绍了心身医学的起源、临床实践模式、心身医学与相关学科之间的关系;同时,借鉴以德国和美国为代表的发达国家医师心身医学能力培训模式,结合我国的国情,提出了构建我国医师心身医学能力培养体系的思考与建议。

Abstract

The importance of “bio-psycho-social” model and problems related to psychosomatic medicine have been paid attention to, which puts forward new requirements for physicians in the field of psychosomatic medicine. The training experience from western countries will provide enlightenment for China. This study introduced the origin and two typical clinical practice models of psychosomatic medicine as well as the relationships between psychosomatic medicine and other disciplines; proposed to draw lessons of psychosomatic medicine competence training in western countries represented by Germany and the United States so as to create our training system after localization revision.
