事件学习是一种生动高效的教学方法,在教师指导下,利用事件引发教学活动,组织学生进行学习和讨论。本文基于近6年对肿瘤放射治疗物理师教育的实践,探讨了在肿瘤放射治疗物理师教育中应用事件学习的可行性、实施方法和效果,包括建立放射治疗事件学习数据库,组织学员学习相关概念、知识和流程,实施事件学习等。实践证明,事件学习是肿瘤放射治疗物理师教育的有效方法,通过事件学习,提高了物理师的肿瘤放射治疗知识、操作技能和临床思维能力。
Incident learning is a vivid and effective teaching method, in which students learn and discuss the reported incidents under the guidance of teachers. In this paper, we investigate the feasibility, implementation and effectiveness of incident learning for the radiation oncology physicists' education, based on six-year clinical education practice, from establishing the database, learning the knowledge, concept and workflow, implementing incident learning to radiation oncology physicists' education. Our experience demonstrated that incident learning is an effective approach of education for radiation oncology physicists. It can be used for the training of theoretical learning, practical skills, and clinical reasoning.
