首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院专业学位研究生培养自2012年起与住院医师规范化培训并轨,通过理论课程方案、临床轮转方案、临床思维与临床技能培养方案三位一体建立起一套系统、全面的培训方式。近5年的执业医师资格考试总通过率为99.3%(142/143),近4年住院医师规范化培训结业考核的总通过率为98.8%(83/84),研究生发表文章数量呈逐年递增趋势。通过三位一体的系统、全面的培训方式,使研究生在执业医师考试和住院医师规范化培训考试取得较高通过率的同时,科研能力得到稳步提升,切实达到使并轨住院医师规范化培养的研究生掌握儿科学专业知识与技能,具备相应的岗位胜任力。

Since 2012, the training of professional degree graduate students in our hospital has been combined with the standardized training of residents. Through the theoretical course scheme, the clinical rotation scheme, the clinical reasoning and clinical skill training program, the hospital has established a systematic and comprehensive training method. The total passing rate of the examination of practicing doctors' qualifications is 99.3%(142/143) in the past five years. The total passing rate of the pediatric resident qualification test is 98.8%(83/84) in the past four years, and the amount of published articles has increased significantly. Through this comprehensive system of three-in-one training, the graduate students have achieved a higher passing rate on the examination of practicing doctors' qualifications and the pediatric resident qualification test, and their ability on the scientific research has been steadily improved. The postgraduates who made standardized training of resident doctors have actually achieved pediatric professional knowledge and skills with the corresponding position competence.
