目的 探索医科院校学生完美主义、自动思维和抑郁之间的关系,为改善学生负性情绪提供建议。方法 使用Frost多维完美主义量表、自动思维量表及贝克抑郁量表对某医科院校的335名本科生展开调查并分析。结果 非适应性完美主义与自动思维、抑郁均正相关(r=0.42~0.47,P<0.01),自动思维与抑郁正相关(r=0.69,P<0.01)。自动思维在非适应性完美主义与抑郁之间起中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为64.9%。自动思维在适应性完美主义与抑郁之间不起中介作用。结论 自动思维在非适应性完美主义和抑郁之间起中介作用,提示可以从认知方面改善学生的抑郁情绪。
Objective To explore the relationships between the perfectionism,automatic thoughts and depression in medical university students,to provide suggestions for improving students' negative emotions. Methods The questionnaire including the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale,Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory, was administrated among 334 students. Results Depression were significantly and correlated with automatic thoughts and perfectionism(except for the organized dimension),while automatic thoughts positively related to depression(r=0.42~0.47,P<0.01).Students' automatic thoughts had mediating effect between maladapitive perfectionism and depression (r=0.69,P<0.01), the ratio of mediating effect to total effect was 64.9%. Conclusions The effect of perfectionism on depression is partially mediated by automatic thoughts.This will provide a new perspective on depression intervention for maladaptive perfectionists.
