目的 了解首批儿科医师转岗培训学员对培训的满意度,探讨培训中存在的问题,总结经验和不足,为今后的培训工作提供科学、合理的依据。方法 以北京市儿科医师转岗培训项目的参训19名学员为调查对象,对其进行问卷调查,调查内容包括培训学员的基本情况,对培训内容、培训方式等的满意度评价。同时,随机抽取8名学员进行访谈。结果 学员对培训总体安排、理论课程总体安排、临床实践总体安排、各种学习活动形式、师资总体水平、培训管理工作均给出较高的满意度。对于理论教材的选择、医师工作站内容的设置、轮转专业的增设、临床教师的教学态度等提出了建议。结论 儿科医师转岗培训具备可行性和可操作性;但是,针对学员的不同需求应当采取个性化措施,以提高培训质量。

Objective To understand the satisfaction of the first group of doctors in the job-transfer-to-pediatrics’ training, discuss the problems existing in the training, summarize the experience and deficiencies, and provide scientific and reasonable basis for the training work in the future. Methods Nineteen participants of the transfer-training program of Beijing pediatrician was investigated on the questionnaire survey, including training object personal basic situation, the satisfaction evaluation of training content, training methods, etc. At the same time, eight participants were randomly selected for the interview. Results The scores of satisfaction over the overall arrangements for the training, overall arrangements for the theory, the overall arrangements for clinical practice, various forms of learning activities, teachers’ overall level, the training management work are higher. Some reasonable suggestions are put forward about the selection of theoretical teaching materials, the setting of the contents of the doctor’s workstation, the addition of the rotation major, and the teaching attitude of the clinical teachers. Conclusions The programs of the job-transfer-to-pediatrics’ training is feasible and operable; However, individualized measures should be taken to improve the quality of training for participants.
