口腔住院医师规范化培训是口腔医学专业学生成为口腔医师的重要学习阶段。口腔全科医师是口腔医疗保健的主体,住院医师规范化培训应以培养口腔全科医师为目的。美国的口腔住院医师培训体系经过100多年的发展已经形成一套规范、系统和科学的培训制度,有许多值得借鉴的地方。本文针对美国华盛顿大学牙学院口腔全科住院医师培训项目的申请、培训目标、培训内容及方式进行了全面的概述,并希望为我国口腔全科医师培训制度的改革和发展提供参考。
Standardized residency training is very important for dental students. General dentists are the principal part of oral health care. Standardized residency training should aim at cultivating general dentists. After more than one hundred years of development,the residency training in the United States has grown to be a systematic,standardized and scientific system,which can be learned by others. This article completely introduces the application and selection,training goals,training contents and requirements of the general practice residency (GPR) program based on School of Dentistry,University of Washington. The authors hope that this can stimulate some new thoughts and ideas for the reform and development of dental residency training programs in China.
