摘要

标准化病人作为医学教育教学与考核中一种重要的方法,面临着招募、培训、维护等多重困难。随着虚拟现实等技术的迅猛发展与广泛应用,虚拟标准化病人正在逐渐进入医学教育领域,它兼具标准化病人与虚拟现实技术的优点,能够有效地解决标准化病人在应用过程中所面临的困难,弥补标准化病人的不足。本文对虚拟标准化病人在医学教育中的应用与研究进展进行梳理,主要介绍了虚拟标准化病人的产生背景、在医学教育各领域中的应用和初步评价、开发技术等,以期为虚拟标准化病人的研发和应用提供参考。

Abstract

Standardized patients play an important role in medical education and assessment, but encounter multiple challenges in recruitment, training and maintenance. The field of medical education is gradually incorporating virtual standardized patients due to the rapid development and widespread application of virtual reality technology. By combining the benefits of standardized patients with virtual reality technology, virtual standardized patients is possible to effectively address the challenges associated with standardized patients. In order to provide a reference for further development and applications, this paper reviews the application and research progress of virtual standardized patients in medical education, and introduces the background of the emergence of virtual standardized patients, their application, preliminary evaluation and technologies in various fields of medical education.
