目的 构建学生版中医经典课程质量评价指标体系,为相关课程质量评价提供支持。方法 基于背景—输入—过程—结果评价(context-input-process-product evaluation)模型(简称CIPP模型),采用文献研究法、文本分析法、半结构访谈法、德尔菲法构建评价指标体系,在此基础上采用优序图法计算指标权重,并计算克朗巴赫系数和结构效度KMO值对指标体系进行信效度检验。结果 遴选来自北京中医药大学中医经典类课程教研室和中医药高等教育领域共15位专家进行咨询,两轮咨询专家权威系数分别为0.957和0.955。构建的指标体系包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标和32个三级指标及其具体内容和各级指标的权重,指标体系克朗巴赫系数为0.966,结构效度KMO值为0.942。结论 基于CIPP模型构建的中医经典课程质量评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和权威性,信效度良好,能够作为中医经典课程质量的评价工具。
Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses from the perspective of student evaluation so as to provide tool support for related course quality evaluation. Methods Based on the context-input-process-product (CIPP) evaluation model, using literature research, text analysis, semi-structured interviews, and Delphi method,the evaluation index system was constructed. The analytic hierarchy process was then used to calculate the weights of the indicators. Furthermore, Cronbach′s alpha coefficient and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value were calculated to examine the reliability and validity of the index system. Results A total of 15 experts from the teaching and research group of traditional Chinese medicine classics and higher education in traditional Chinese medicine at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected to be consulted. The authority coefficients of the two rounds of consultation were 0.957 and 0.955, respectively. Finally, index system including 4 primary indicators, 11 secondary indicators, and 32 tertiary indicators, with specific content and indicator weights were constructed. The Cronbach′s alpha was 0.966, and the KMO value for structural validity was 0.942. Conclusions The quality evaluation index system of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses based on the CIPP evaluation model was scientific and authoritative, with good reliability and validity. It can serve as an evaluation tool for the quality of traditional Chinese medicine classic courses.
