目的 分析我国社会医学与卫生事业管理学专业研究生学位论文的研究主题、热点及常用研究方法,为本专业研究生培养提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学方法检索2000年1月1日至2022年11月20日中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台的社会医学与卫生事业管理学专业研究生学位论文,采用可视化软件VOSviewer绘制聚类视图。结果 共获取学位论文7 884篇,其中博士论文766篇,硕士论文7 118篇;研究主题包括医院管理及绩效评价、卫生资源配置的公平性、基层医疗服务、医务人员工作满意度及患者就医满意度、特殊群体的健康管理,近年研究以医疗服务公平性、医务人员工作满意度及患者就医满意度、老年人群体为热点;学位论文常用研究方法包括数据包络分析、德尔菲法、结构方程模型等。结论 社会医学与卫生事业管理学专业研究生学位论文主题及研究热点与社会发展背景密切相关,且存在学科交叉性;学位论文常用研究方法与论文主题相契合,其功能以评价、决策、预测为主。
Objective To analyze the topics, hotspots, and common methods in the academic dissertations of social medicine and health service management, so as to understand the graduate education of this major. Methods Bibliometric analysis was used to retrieve CNKI and Wanfang Database for the academic dissertations of social medicine and health service management from January 1, 2000 to November 20, 2022. VOSviewer was used to generate network visualization. Results A total of 7 884 dissertations were obtained, including 766 doctoral dissertations and 7 118 master dissertations. Research topics include hospital management and performance evaluation, equity of health resource allocation, primary medical services, job satisfaction of medical staff, patient satisfaction of medical treatment, and health management of special groups. In recent years, fairness of medical services, job satisfaction of medical staff, patient satisfaction of medical treatment and the elderly population are the research hotspots. The commonly used research methods in these dissertations include DEA, Delphi and SEM. Conclusions The topics and hotspots of the dissertations are closely related to background of social development and are characterized by interdisciplinarity. The commonly used research methods are in line with the theme of these dissertations, with evaluation, decision-making and prediction as the main functionality.
