Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of online training on "nutrition during pregnancy" in Beijing, and collect the needs and suggestions for improvement in subsequent training. Methods In August 2022, a series of training was carried out for related personnel in the maternal and child health care industry, and an online questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic information, desired training methods, course satisfaction and retraining needs. A single factor analysis on the retraining needs of students with different characteristics was conducted by χ2 test. Results A total of 196 participants participated in the survey. In the overall satisfaction survey of training activities, 178(90.8%) people expressed great or relatively satisfied with this training. The survey on the "type of interaction they like" showed that 177(90.3%) people wanted case studies at the most, followed by 153(78.1%) people who wanted to exchange experience. In addition, the proportion of students willing to participate in training again was significantly different among groups across different ages [16 out of 18 people aged 18-30, 71 out of 74 people aged 31-40 (95.9%), 65 out of 65 people aged 41-50 (100.0%), 39 out of 39 people aged 50 and above (100.0%)], professional titles [36 out of 40 with primary titles (90.0%), 106 out of 107 with intermediate titles (99.1%), 49 out of 49 with senior titles (100.0%)], and years of work [46 out of 50 with less than 10 years (92.0%), 41 out of 42 with 10 to 15 years (97.6%), and 104 out of 104 with more than 15 years (100.0%)], all P<0.05. Conclusions More than 90.0% of people are basically satisfied with the training effect, and people with different characteristics have high needs for retraining. This study provides favorable support for the adjustment and setting of subsequent training courses.
