目的 以高层次康复医学人才培养需求为导向,区分康复医学与理疗学、康复治疗学、康复工程学3个专业(简称3个专业)来探究构建专业学位硕士研究生导师遴选指标。方法 结合文献研究设计问卷,2022年2至4月邀请全国多地6所高校、7家三级甲等医院的17位专家参加德尔菲专家函询,采用层次分析法等方法描述结果和构建指标权重。结果 2轮专家函询的有效问卷回收率均为100.0%,专家权威系数均为0.825,专家意见协调系数分别为0.287和0.463,经Kendall协调系数W检验差异均具有统计学意义(均P <0.001)。本研究构建的导师遴选指标分为3个层面,准入指标包括师德师风良好、符合年龄要求、研究生学历等8个指标;择优遴选指标包括临床能力、研究生指导和教学能力、科研能力3方面的7个指标;代表性成果指标包括论文、专利、技术标准等6个指标,并根据专家对代表性成果的重要性排序得出其在3个专业下导师遴选的权重系数。结论 本研究构建的导师遴选指标兼顾统一性和灵活性,体现导师临床、教学、科研综合能力选拔要求,反映了不同专业下导师代表性成果指标的差异,为高层次康复医学人才培养和导师队伍建设提供参考。

Objective To explore and construct selection criteria for postgraduate supervisors based on the demand for high-level talent cultivation in rehabilitation medicine & physical therapy, rehabilitation therapy, and rehabilitation engineering (hereinafter referred to as “three majors”). Methods A questionnaire was designed based on literature research, and 17 experts from 6 universities and 7 tertiary grade A hospitals in multiple areas across China were invited to participate in Delphi method from February to April, 2022. Methods such as analytic hierarchy analysis were used to describe the results and confirm indicators′ weights. Results The effective questionnaire recovery rates for both rounds of expert correspondence were 100.0%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.825, the expert opinion coordination coefficients were 0.287 and 0.463, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant based on the Kendall coordination coefficient W test (all P <0.001). The selection criteria for supervisors were divided into three dimensions: basic indicator—including 8 indicators such as good ethics, age requirements, postgraduate diploma as educational background and etc; advanced selection indicators—including 7 indicators from three different aspects of clinical competence, teaching ability, and scientific research capacity; representative achievements indicators, including six factors such as papers, patents, technical standards and etc. The weight coefficients for supervisor selection indicators under the three majors were determined by expert evaluation of the importance of supervisors′ representative achievements. Conclusions The selection criteria for postgraduate supervisors constructed in this study balanced universality and particularity, reflected the comprehensive requirements for selecting supervisors with clinical competence, teaching ability, and scientific research capacity respectively, and reflected the differences in representative achievements indicators for the three majors, which serves to inform the cultivation of high-level talent in rehabilitation medicine and the construction of supervisor teams.
