护理学专业本科生需要在实习期间完成毕业论文,由于分散在不同的医院实习,毕业论文的指导和管理面临较多问题。西安医学院设计了护理学专业本科生毕业论文线上管理系统,实现线上论文指导、过程管理、质量监控以及资料归档。2019年7月至2020年5月,西安医学院2020届护理学专业489名本科生及270名指导教师采用此系统完成毕业论文相关工作。毕业论文总评优秀的20篇(4.1%),合格的468篇(95.7%),不合格的1篇(0.2%)。对16名教师和40名学生的访谈结果显示,师生均表示毕业论文线上管理便捷,操作简单,线上指导不受时间和空间限制,师生随时随地都可以开展论文相关工作,15名教师认为线上论文指导不影响自己的日常工作,比单纯的线下指导更乐于接受,38名(95.0%)学生认为线上管理简化了行政程序,减少了指导意见签署或者材料提交等医院和学校间的奔波。毕业论文线上管理系统操作简便,毕业论文相关工作高效、便捷,受到师生认可,有利于学生顺利完成毕业论文。

Nursing undergraduate students are required to complete a graduation thesis during their internship period, which poses challenges to thesis guidance and management due to their internships scattered across different hospitals. An online management system has been designed by Xi′an Medical University for graduation theses of nursing undergraduates to realize online guidance, process management, quality control and archiving of thesis materials. From July 2019 to May 2020, a total of 489 nursing undergraduates who would graduate in 2020 and 270 instructors at Xi′an Medical University used this system to complete graduation thesis related work. The outcomes were as follows: 20 papers (4.1%) were rated as excellent, 468 (95.7%) as qualified, and 1 (0.2%) as unqualified. Results from interviews with 16 supervisors and 40 undergraduates indicate that both supervisors and undergraduates found the online thesis management system to be convenient, user-friendly, and not limited by time and space. Supervisors and undergraduates can carry out thesis-related tasks anytime and anywhere. Fifteen supervisors believed that online thesis guidance did not affect their daily work and found it more amenable than traditional offline guidance. Thirty-eight undergraduates (95.0%) believed that online management simplified administrative procedures, and reduced back-and-forth between hospitals and schools for guidance sign-offs or material submissions. The online management system for graduation thesis is easy to operate, efficient, and convenient, and has been recognized by teachers and students. It is conducive to undergraduates successfully completing their graduation theses.
