摘要

当今全球健康面临传染疾病流行和非传染性疾病与心理疾病等诸多复杂问题的挑战,学科交叉在解决重大前沿科学问题和全球挑战方面显示出独特的优势。随着我国医疗卫生产业的快速发展,医学交叉人才培养和行业需求之间的矛盾日益显著,学科交叉的需求愈发迫切。清华大学“临床医学交叉人才(硕士)培养项目”在此背景下应运而生。本文讨论了培养医工交叉人才的必要性和现状,阐述了清华大学在医工交叉人才培养方面做出的初步探索,即创新培养模式设计和课程体系建设,以期为医工交叉乃至其他交叉学科人才培养提供参考。

Abstract

The global health challenges such as pandemics, non-communicable diseases and mental diseases, as well as the ever-increasing need of adopting scientific and technological innovations, makes interdisciplinary collaborations especially important for the development of health services. In recent years, as China's medical and healthcare industry continues to develop at a rapid speed, the tension between interdisciplinary talent training and industry demand is becoming more and more obvious, resulting in an urgency for the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents. Tsinghua University's training program for interdisciplinary talents in clinical medicine came into being under this background. This article discusses the necessity and current situation of cultivating interdisciplinary talents of medicine and engineering, as well as the preliminary exploration and innovative training model of School of Clinical Medicine, Tsinghua University in the cultivation of medical interdisciplinary talents, focusing on innovative training mode design and curriculum system construction.
