心胸外科专科医师的培养周期相对较长,建立规范化的心胸外科专科医师培训体系非常重要。美国于2007年推行六年一体化心胸外科专科医师培训体系(integrated 6-year cardiothoracic surgical residency program,下文简称I-6培训体系)。本文从轮转计划、病例数要求、理论培训、技能培训、评价体系等方面对其进行系统介绍。借鉴I-6培训体系,可从优化培训科目设置、完善学员评估体系、健全教学资源建设等方面进一步完善我国的心胸外科专科医师培训体系,缩小不同地区、不同中心心胸外科医疗质量差距,提高我国心胸外科整体技术水平。
The training period of cardiothoracic surgeon is relatively long, thus it is very important to set up a standardized specialist training system for cardiothoracic surgeon. Integrated 6-year cardiothoracic surgical residency program (I-6 program) was initiated in United States in 2007 In terms of subject setting. The present article reviews and analyze the current status of I-6 training model in the United States in the aspects of rotation plan, case requirement, theoretical training, skill training and evaluation system. This model may improve the cardiothoracic surgeon specialist training system in China from aspects such as training subjects arrangement, evaluation system, and teaching resource, which can minimize the regional differences found in clinical capacity of medical quality of cardiothoracic surgeons in China and enhance the overall technical level of cardiothoracic surgery in China.
