为进一步加强医学类基层教学组织建设,本文基于医学类教研室的特征与问题分析、虚拟教研室基本类型与特征,运用系统权变理论,从目标与价值系统、技术系统、社会心理系统、结构系统、管理系统5个方面尝试对医学类虚拟教研室的构建提出建议,医学类虚拟教研室在建设时应明确组织核心价值观及定位,强化组织的教学核心职能,创建独特的医学教育组织文化,进一步形成多维矩阵型组织结构,完善管理机制等。
In order to further strengthen the construction of medical primary teaching group, based on the analysis of the characteristics and problems of medical virtual teaching and research group, and the types and characteristics of virtual teaching and research group, the paper attempts to put forward suggestions on the construction of medical virtual teaching and research group from five aspects by using system contingency theory: goal and value system, technology system, social psychological system, structure system and management system. It is proposed that the construction of medical virtual teaching and research group should well define the organizations core values and positioning, strengthen the organization's teaching core functions, create a unique culture of medical education organization and to develop a multi-dimensional matrix structure with related management mechanism.
