摘要

科教强国关键靠人才,根本在教育。麻醉学教育是医学教育的重要组成部分,是我国麻醉学科人才培养以及学科建设与发展的坚实基础。本文就创办麻醉学专业教育的初心,麻醉学教育的总体目标,切实加强学校基础教育,麻醉学教育存在的问题和解决方案,以及麻醉学专业教育未来发展等广为关注的问题进行了述评和思考,提出了相应的解决方略。

Abstract

The key to strengthening our country by science and education depends on talents, where education is fundamental. Anesthesiology education is an important part of medical education and a solid foundation for talent training, discipline construction and development of anesthesiology in China. This paper discusses the original intention of establishing professional education in anesthesiology, the general goal of anesthesiology education in China, and earnestly strengthening school basic education, the existing problems and solutions, and the future development of anesthesiology education, and puts forward some practical solutions to the problems.
