生物制药专业产教医融合人才培养模式的探索

摘要

生物医药产业是关系国计民生的战略性新兴产业,培养出新药物研发和转化的生物制药人才是我国医药行业从仿制向创新转型的必然要求。目前生物制药专业人才培养模式存在与创新药物研发脱节、校企协同育人不足、师资力量薄弱等问题。温州医科大学从课程体系建设、基地和师资建设、创新创业教育3个方面探索了生物制药专业产教医融合的人才培养模式,提升了专业建设质量和人才培养质量,希望为我国相关院校高素质生物制药专业人才培养提供参考。

Abstract

The bio-pharmaceutical industry is an emerging industry related to the national economy development and people's welfare training, bio-pharmaceutical talents with competence in scientific research and development of innovative medical products is a necessary requirement for the transformation of pharmaceutical industry from imitation to innovation. At present, there are still many challenges in the talent training in the field of bio-pharmaceutical major, such as the disconnection from the research and development of innovative products, insufficient collaboration of school with enterprise and weakness in the faculty team development. Wenzhou Medical University has created a talent training mode characterized by combination of industrial production, faculty development and medical education in bio-pharmaceutical major from following aspects: curriculum system construction, base and teacher construction, and innovation and entrepreneurship education. This mode has improved the development of pharmaceutical specialty and related talent training and our experience can be shared by other schools for the cultivation of competent bio-pharmaceutical innovative talents.
