摘要

基于工作场所的评价是临床肿瘤学专科医师培训的重要组成部分。由深港医学专科培训中心牵头制定的临床肿瘤学专科医师培训方案,参考了中国香港以及四川、上海、北京的培训经验,也参考了国外的培训方案。该方案培训过程为期4年,将基于工作场所的评价方案融入其中。本文概述了临床肿瘤学专科医师培训方案中所有基于工作场所的评价方法,并对面临的机会与挑战进行思考。

Abstract

Workplace-based assessment is an important part of the training of clinical oncology specialists. The Shenzhen-Hong Kong clinical oncology specialist training program is based on the experience of Hong Kong, Sichuan, Shanghai and Beijing, as well as the training programs of the UK and the US. The scheme needs four years and has developed a comprehensive workplace-based assessment program. This paper gives an overview of all the workplace-based assessment methods in the scheme and also considers the opportunities and challenges.
