在目前多样化教材建设的背景下,高等医学院校教材建设和教材选用中存在着一些问题:教材编写质量良莠不齐;教材编写创新流于形式;教材越编越厚,成本越来越高。这些问题引发了人们对高等医学院校教材建设和教材选用工作的进一步思考:提高对高等医学院校教材建设工作的重视,深入开展教材研究活动;对教材建设实行分层管理,推动主流教材的形成;建立科学的教材质量评估体系;建立监督约束机制,规范教材选用流程。

In the current context featuring diversified textbook construction, there are some problems in the textbook construction and selection in higher medical colleges and universities: the quality of textbook is varied between good and bad, the innovation of textbook is reduced to tokenism, and the textbook is increasingly voluminous and costly. These problems have led to our further thinking on the textbook construction and selection in higher medical colleges and universities: putting more emphasis on the textbook construction in higher medical colleges and universities by carrying out in-depth research on textbooks; implementing hierarchical management of textbook construction to facilitate the formation of mainstream textbooks; establishing a scientific quality evaluation system for textbooks; establishing supervision and restraint mechanisms to standardize the selection process of textbooks.
