目的 为了解置信职业行为(entrustable professional activities,EPAs)在护理领域的研究现状及热点,对相关研究的英文文献进行文献计量学分析,为国内开展相关研究提供参考。方法 检索2005年1月1日至2021年7月2日Web of Science、PubMed、CINAHL、Scopus、Embase、ProQuest和PsycINFO 7个数据库护理领域置信职业行为的英文文献,采用软件NoteExpress、Ucinet和WPS Office 2021对相关文献的基本信息和研究内容进行文献计量分析。结果 共纳入17篇文献,美国发文量最高(10篇),依据研究内容提炼出3个主题:护理EPAs的基础研究、护理EPAs的构建、护理EPAs的评价和应用。结论 EPAs是护理领域的研究热点之一,分布不均衡,目前主要关注EPAs在护理领域的可行性和构建过程的描述,基础研究和应用评价类研究较少,需要进一步探索。
Objective In order to understand the research status and hotspots of entrustable professional activities(EPAs) in the field of nursing, the literatures were reviewed by bibliometrics to provide reference for related research in China. Methods The English literatures on EPAs in nursing field from January 1st, 2005 to July 2nd, 2021 were retrieved and reviewed from seven databases, namely Web of Science, PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Embase, ProQuest and PsychINFO. The basic information and research contents of related literature were analyzed by bibliometrics with the software NoteExpress, Ucinet and WPS Office 2021. Results A total of 17 articles were reviewed, and the majority of them were published by institutes in United States. According to the research content, three topics were extracted basic research construction, application and evaluation of nursing EPAs. Conclusions EPAs is one of the research hotspots in the nursing field, but it mainly focuses on the feasibility of EPAs and the description of the construction process. The basic study and research on EPAs applied evaluation need to be strengthened.
