摘要

考试结束后的试卷分析是改善试题质量,掌握学生学习情况,反馈教学的重要手段。本文以空军军医大学2013年~2016年五年制学生基础医学综合测试中120道生理学试题为例,利用区分度、难易度、试题项目曲线对具体试题质量进行评价,尝试拟定整合医学课程综合测试试题量化指标,探讨试题定量分析方法,为改进教学提供依据。

Abstract

The test paper analysis is an important means to improve the quality of test questions, understand students’ learning progress and provide feedback on the teaching. This paper studied 120 physiological test questions from integrative tests of basic medicine from 2013 to 2016 for students of five-year undergraduate program in Air Force Medical Univevsity, and evaluated the quality of test questions by investigating discrimination, difficulty and characteristic curve of each test question. On this basis, we tried to formulate the quantitative indicator of test questions for Holistic Integrative Medicine curriculum and introduce a few methods of carrying out the quantitative analysis of test questions, providing reference assistance for improving teaching methods.
