摘要

随着新的教育教学理论及考核评价方式的出现,作为基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,病理生理学的教学也需要进行相应的改革以适应人才培养的需要。根据北京大学医学部教学考核评价改革的要求,病理生理学教研室从2010级本科生的考试中开始使用“情境逻辑思维式考题”,不仅使学生能够更好地掌握基础知识,而且提高了学生分析问题、解决问题的能力及临床思维能力。在2014级教学中又进一步采用“问卷星”的方式,将过程考核贯穿于整个教学过程,更加及时有效地反馈教学效果,促进教师与学生的交流及调整学习策略,提高教学效果,为创新型医学人才的培养奠定了基础。

Abstract

With the emergence of new educational and teaching theories, examination and evaluation methods, pathophysiology teaching made some revolutions to meet the needs teaching and personnel training. According to the requirements of Peking University on teaching assessment, we began to use the process assessment in grade 2010 based on the classroom test, which seeks to monitor educational outcomes, often for purposes of external accountability. It typically involves qualitative feedback for both student and teacher that focus on the details of content and performance. Furthermore, we established a teaching evaluation system characterized by combination of process assessment system based on the network tool “SOJUMP” and final scoring assessment to evaluate its application in pathophysiology teaching evaluation system from grade 2014. The system was proved to be efficient in modifying teaching and learning activities to improve student attainment.
