目的 了解住院医师规范化培训结业后内科住院医师(下文简称学员)的胜任力,以期为改进住院医师规范化培训工作提供参考。方法 2020年12月对浙江大学医学院附属第二医院内科住院医师规范化培训基地2017年和2018年结业的80名学员及其71名上级医师进行问卷调查以了解学员的胜任力。数据间的比较采用Mann-Whitney U检验。结果 学员胜任力自评评分较低的是终身学习[8.00(1.00)]分、科研创新[8.00(3.00)]分和教学能力[8.00(2.00)]分。上级医师对学员胜任力评分较低的是科研创新[9.00(2.00)]分和教学能力[9.00(2.00)]分。结论 学员及其上级医师均认为学员科研创新和教学能力稍显薄弱,未来的住院医师规范化培训需要加以关注。

Objectives To evaluate the competency of residents after the standardization training (here after referred to as trainees) in order to provide a reference for further improvement of the residency training. Methods A questionnaire survey of competency was conducted among 80 trainees who completed their residency training at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2017 and 2018 and 71 of supervising physicians in December 2020. Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the data collected. Results The lower self-assessment competency score by trainees was the capacity of lifelong　learning [8.00(1.00)], research and innovation [8.00(3.00)], teaching [8.00(2.00)]. The lower score of trainee competency by supervising physicians was the capacity of research and innovation [9.00(2.00)], teaching [9.00(2.00)]. Conclusions Both trainees and their supervising physicians reached the agreement that the trainees' training in the capacity of research and innovation, teaching was weak and should be strengthened in the future.
