摘要

目的 探索科研小组模式对地市级医院住院医师规范化培训学员科研能力培养的效果。方法 在地市级医院住院医师规范化培训中构建并实施科研小组模式。通过分析已结业的2017年和2018年入组学员的执业医师资格考试和结业考试通过率、科研学术成绩等以评价科研小组模式的效果。结果 2017年入组的6名学员均通过执业医师资格考试,5名入组学员一次性通过结业考试,在中国科技论文统计源期刊发表外文指南等各类摘译21篇、论文12篇,获批实用新型专利1项。2018年入组的5名学员均通过执业医师资格考试和结业考试,在中国科技论文统计源期刊发表外文指南等各类摘译16篇、论文5篇,获批实用新型专利1项。与2017和2018年同期的其他学员均未发表摘译和论文,也未获批专利。结论 科研小组模式有助于提高住院医师规范化培训学员的科研能力。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the application of research group-based mode in standardized training of resident doctors in municipal hospital. Methods Research group-based mode was carried out. Retrospective analysis was conducted on the passing rate of medical practitioners' exam and the final test, as well as the academic achievements of the completed residents who joined the group in a municipal hospital in 2017 and 2018. Results There were 6 residents of the research group in 2017, all of them passed the medical practitioner's exam and 5 of them passed the completion examination in the first run of examination; they published a total of 21 abridged translation papers and 12 research papers in source journals for Chinese scientific and technical papers and citations, and 1 technology patent. There were 5 residents of the research group in 2018 and all of them passed medical practitioners' exam and completion examination; they published a total of 16 abridged translation papers and 5 research papers in source journals for Chinese scientific and technical papers and citations, and 1 technology patent. Conclusions The research group-based mode can improve the capacity of scientific research of residents in standardized training.
