学位论文质量保障是研究生培养工作的重要环节,而学位论文的核心价值在于对原创知识的贡献。自2018年起,北京大学第三医院基于全面质量管理理念,积极实施全员参与、全过程管理、全面质量管理和信息化智慧管理,逐步建立了研究生学位论文质量保障体系,在提高论文质量、尤其是在保障论文学术道德规范层面取得了良好的效果,2016年至2020年学位论文查重率大体呈下降趋势。建立科学化的研究生教学管理体系,充分调动全员参与全过程,形成严谨、创新的学术氛围,保障并不断提高学位论文质量,才能够培养合格的医学拔尖创新人才。
The quality assurance of dissertations is an important part of graduate training, and the core value of dissertations lies in the contribution to innovative knowledge. Since 2018, based on the concept of total quality management, Peking University Third Hospital has actively implemented full participation, process-spanning management, all-sided quality management, IT-based smart management and gradually established a quality assurance system for dissertations. The project has achieved good results in improving the quality of dissertations, especially in ensuring the academic ethics of dissertations. From 2016 to 2020, the duplication rate of dissertations generally showed a downward trend. Establishing scientific culturing system, fully mobilizing all staff to participate in the whole process, forming a rigorous and innovative academic atmosphere, and continuously improving the quality of dissertations are very important to cultivate qualified innovative medical talents.
