冠状动脉介入手术复杂且具有高风险性,建立完善的冠状动脉介入专科医师培养体系,培养优秀的冠状动脉介入专科医师日益重要。基于胜任力的美国冠状动脉介入专科医师培养体系有着明确的教学目标、多元的培训考核方式。本文介绍了美国冠脉动脉介入专科医师培养体系现状,并提出对我国冠状动脉介入专科医师培训的启示:完善基于胜任力的冠状动脉介入专科医师评估体系,增加多模态影像学相关课程,积极发展冠状动脉介入模拟培训。
Coronary intervention is a complicated invasive surgical operation with high risk, it is much more important to establish a comprehensive training system for coronary intervention specialists and cultivate excellent percutaneous coronary intervention specialists. The competency-based training system of American coronary artery interventional specialists has clear learning objectives with multiple training and evaluation methods. This paper introduces the current status of the training for coronary artery interventional specialists in United States, and puts forward some enlightenments for the training in China so to improve the competency-based evaluation system for coronary artery interventional specialists, increase the courses of multimodality imaging, and strengthen application of simulation technology in the training.
