本文介绍了继续医学教育评估的理论基础,引入社会学领域的项目评估理论作为继续医学教育评估的理论支撑,结合我国继续医学教育基地评估现状进行了思考。针对现行基地评估存在的指导思想不够清晰、过程性评估反馈不足和绩效评估需要进一步强化等问题,提出了明确基地责任、加强过程性评估、将绩效评估与退出机制相关联等建议。

This paper introduces the theoretical basis of continuing medical education evaluation, introduces the theoretical support of the continuing medical education evaluation, considers the current situation of continuing medical education bases. There are some problems in current base evaluation, such as unclear guiding ideology, lack of process evaluation feedback and performance evaluation need to be further strengthened. Some suggestions are put forward, such as clarifying the responsibilities of the base, strengthening the process evaluation, and associating the performance evaluation with the exit mechanism.
