在国家强调提高国家级继续医学教育项目举办质量的大环境下,国家级继续医学教育项目全过程管理面临新的挑战。本文以北京大学医学部国家级继续医学教育项目管理为例,在系统调研的基础上,针对国家级继续医学教育项目管理中存在的问题,提出及时更新管理制度、细化管理流程、提供多维度管理支持、加强现场督查等改善国家级继续医学教育项目的建议,希望为相关院校国家级继续医学教育项目全过程管理提供参考。
Under the environment that the state emphasizes improving the quality of national continuing medical education projects, the whole process management of national continuing medical education projects is facing new challenges. Taking the national continuing medical education project management of Peking University Health Science Center as an example, based on systematic investigation and aiming at the problems existing in the national continuing medical education project management, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the national continuing medical education project, such as timely updating the management system, refining the management process, providing multi-dimensional management support and strengthening on-site supervision. It is hoped to provide reference for the whole process management of national continuing medical education projects in relevant colleges and universities.
