口腔颌面颈部解剖学是口腔医学专业本科生的重要基础课程,同时也是密切联系临床医学的重要桥梁课程。北京大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科基于学生为主体、临床为导向的教学理念,对实验课程的内容和实施方法进行了重新设计和整理,参照临床经典手术联系解剖学理论与临床应用,同时优化授课团队与授课方式。通过3年的实践和调整,初步建立了基于口腔颌面颈部外科手术入路和术式的解剖学实验课程方案,改革实践取得良好的效果。
Oral-maxillofacial-neck topographic anatomy is an important course for undergraduates learning stomatology, which should closely link to clinical practice. In the passed three years, the teaching team from Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology reformed the dissection course guided by a clinical oriented principle to support autonomic learning and collaborative education among students. The teaching reform included a rearrangement of the curriculum, a newly developed laboratory manual oriented by routine oral-maxillofacial surgery operation with detailed instruction and supplementary images, and the teaching methodology was optimized. This reform has been proved to facilitate students' learning and understanding the three-dimensional relationship of anatomy structure.
